About the Role
Installers are expected to report to service department every morning for that day’s projects. They handle the setup, installation, and often maintenance of various equipment, appliances, or systems. Their primary job is to ensure that a product is properly installed and functioning correctly. This position requires heavy lifting and using large machinery. Travel for extended periods is involved and included in work expenses.
Requirements
Background check required.
Ability to read and interpret basic equipment schematics.
Mechanical and diagnostic skills preferred.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to lift heavy equipment.
Good communication skills when coordinating with team members and customers.
Ability to climb ladders when required for installing equipment on roofs and ceilings.
Ability to stand and kneel for extended periods of time.
Willingness to train on company-specific technical equipment.
Problem-solving skills to handle complete installation of equipment.
Good customer service skills when working directly with customers.
